Hair bulb:

The hair bulb is the rounded, living part at the very base of the hair root. It is where new hair cells are created through continuous cell division. This area provides the nourishment and support needed for the hair to grow.

Hair Follicle:

A hair follicle is a tube-shaped structure in the skin that holds and supports the hair root. It is made of layers of skin and connective tissue that protect the growing hair and help guide it upward as it develops.

Hair Shaft:

The hair shaft is the visible part of the hair that extends out from the skin. It is made of tough, fibrous keratin and is considered non-living. This is the portion you can touch, style, and see every day.
