Thank you for shopping with FEEL, LLC. Please review our shipping policy below for information on how and when your order will be delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after cutoff time, 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping : 5 -7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping : 2 -3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping : 1 business day

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Destinations

  • FEEL, LLC currently ships to United States.

  • We do ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

  • If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and occasionally FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

Please be mindful, carrier selection may vary based on order size, destination, and shipping method chosen.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • FEEL, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first.

  • For lost packages, contact us at Support@feeltoday.org within 3-5 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you promptly.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • FEEL, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 2-3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging at support@feeltoday.org.
