Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Returns must be requested within 10 calendar days of the delivery date.

Eligible products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 10 calendar days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

 

Allergic Reactions & Sensitivity

We encourage customers to review ingredient lists and perform a patch test before use.

We are not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Refunds or returns will not be issued due to personal reactions unless the product is proven defective.
